Return & Replacement Policy

1. Handmade Characteristics & Natural Grain

Each piece at Super Handicraft is carved and turned by hand from natural hardwood (Sheesham and Rosewood). Natural wood grains, knots, subtle color variations, and minor tool marks are authentic characteristics of genuine handcrafted woodwork and not manufacturing defects.

2. Damage During Transit

We pack every order with multi-layer protective materials. However, if your parcel arrives with physical exterior damage or broken parts:

• Please record an unboxing video or take clear photos of the packaging and damaged item upon delivery.
• Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9411843777 within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will review the photos/video and promptly arrange a replacement or resolve the issue.

3. Custom Sized Products

Items trimmed to a personalized custom height or tailored to custom dimensions cannot be returned unless there was a manufacturing error on our part or transit damage.
