1. Dispatch Origin
All handcrafted items are packed and dispatched directly from our workshop in Nagina, Uttar Pradesh, India. Each product is inspected by hand before being packaged in shock-resistant bubble wrap and corrugated boxes to prevent transit damage to brass fittings and fine wood finishes.
2. Processing Time
In-stock items are typically prepared and handed over to reputed courier partners within 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation on WhatsApp. If an item requires custom height cutting or custom waxing, Mohammad Zahid will inform you of the preparation schedule directly during your WhatsApp order confirmation.
3. Estimated Transit Duration
Standard surface couriers across North India generally deliver within 3 to 6 working days from dispatch. Other regions across India typically take 5 to 8 working days depending on PIN code connectivity.
4. Shipping Charges & Tracking
Applicable courier charges, if any, are communicated transparently on WhatsApp before payment or dispatch. Once dispatched, a tracking number or courier receipt photo is shared with you on WhatsApp.
